SIFTA webinar: Implementation of the European Code of Good Conduct in Croatian Credit Unions

In March, under the SIFTA | Social Inclusive Finance Technical Assistance programme and in partnership with HUKU (Hrvatska udruga kreditnih unija − Croatian Association of Credit Unions), we organised the webinar Implementation of the European Code of Good Coduct in Croatian Creit Unions.

Experts Trpimir Novaković and Ana Matic presented the NOA Credit Union case, covering the full implementation cycle of the European Code of Good Conduct − from initial certification in 2018, through the extension of its validity, to concrete organisational improvements.
