2017 MFC Innovation Award: Congratulations to the Winner!
We are thrilled to announce the Winner of the second edition of the MFC Innovation Award*:
Kompanion Bank from the Kyrgyz Republic
Kompanion Bank will be awarded with a complimentary license for smart android application for a Software Group delivery channel solution of choice and 20 android tablets, generously provided by Software Group.
Kompanion Bank’s project proposal received highest scores form the Award Committee. The project features increasing financial inclusion supported by geographic information systems (GIS) through agribusiness development services for rural households below the poverty line and their neighbours. The innovative instruments will optimise remote access to financial products.
In addition to Kompanion Bank, we would like to distinguish 3 other companies for their creative projects and their anticipated impact of financial inclusion with our special Certificate of Recognition (will be awarded during MFC-EMN Conference 2018) :
