SIFTA Workshops and Webinar Strengthen Organisational Resilience and Engagement

In June, SIFTA delivered a series of learning opportunities focused on strengthening organisational resilience, communication and workplace culture.

On 15 June, Croatian Credit Unions participated in an onsite workshop in Zagreb on cybersecurity incident response, exploring risk preparedness and effective response procedures.

On 22 June, 40 representatives of Polish loan funds and community organisations joined an online workshop on social media marketing, focusing on strategies to increase visibility, engage stakeholders and maximise the impact of communication activities.

On 25 June, SIFTA hosted the webinar “Psychological Safety in Teams: A Foundation for Trust, Innovation, and Performance”, delivered under the InvestEU Advisory Hub – Social Investment and Skills Window. Participants explored how trust, openness and inclusive leadership practices can create environments where people feel safe to speak up, contribute ideas and support team performance.
