KLEAR Earns European Code of Good Conduct Certification

MFC member KLEAR has been certified under the European Code of Good Conduct for Microcredit Provision, a standard recognised by the European Commission that promotes responsible and transparent microfinance practices across Europe.
The certification marks an important milestone for the Bulgarian fintech and lending provider, reflecting its commitment to customer protection, sound governance and responsible lending. KLEAR also reported strong business growth, with business lending now accounting for more than 40% of new lending volume. The company highlighted continued growth in invested funds, supported by its partnership with ITF Group and a 100% buyback mechanism for investors.
KLEAR acknowledged the support of the European Investment Fund (EIF) and MFR throughout the certification process. This achievement reinforces KLEAR’s position among a select group of European financial institutions that meet recognised standards for quality and responsible microcredit provision.
