Driving Change Together: MFC and FEBEA Forge Stronger Ties for European Microfinance
In April 2024, Daniel Sorrosal, the Secretary General of the European Federation of Ethical and Alternative Banks (FEBEA), made a significant visit to the Microfinance Centre (MFC) office. This visit served to deepen the partnership between these influential entities and reinforce their joint commitment to advancing microfinance and ethical finance in Europe.
During his visit, Daniel engaged in fruitful discussions with MFC representatives, focusing on strategic initiatives to further promote social and economic inclusion across the continent. His presence underscored the importance of collaboration and cooperation in driving positive change within the financial sector.
By actively engaging in EU policy discussions, working together on European Financial Instruments, and addressing common challenges in relationships with European Institutions and stakeholders, FEBEA and MFC seek to create a stronger and more unified voice for microfinance and ethical finance within Europe.
