Robots are no longer about the future. A quiet revolution has been happening for years. More and more intelligent machines and industrial robots are capable of performing routine tasks faster and more efficiently than humans; as a result, they replace millions of workers in manufacturing, logistics and transport. Even in the industries like financial services, many tasks are taken over by algorithms and smart machines. From the employee perspective, the Robotic Process Automation is often recognised as a threat. On the other side, it helps decreasing costs and increasing revenues. Research has shown that one robot can substitute six employees on average. This webinar is focused both on understanding the RPA trends and on particular usage financial services. We are trying to answer the question how and to what extent can microfinance use RPA?
