This will be an update on key trends in financial sector – we are going to discuss the latest developments in use of digital solutions by various financial institutions from around the world. We are going to discuss the case studies of digital-only financial institutions; the customers preferences towards mobile applications allowing financial operations in their mobile phone, including the mobile payments. Last but not least we are going to touch upon robotic process automation (RPA) in financial institutions. With all this, we will try to look into the future, to predict the nearest outlook of the financial sector and discuss, which of the trends will impact microfinance.
