In Memory of Brunilda Isaj: A Beloved Colleague and Advocate for Microfinance

We are deeply saddened to share the news of the sudden passing of our beloved friend and colleague, Brunilda Isaj, Secretary General of the Albanian Microfinance Association.

Brunilda was an exceptional professional and a passionate advocate for the microfinance sector. She was a valued Member and Chair of the MFC Council. For many years, she played a key role in helping MFC develop the microfinance sector, actively supporting and engaging in numerous joint projects and initiatives.

Her work was not only visionary but also marked by humanity and sensitivity. She inspired respect, trust and admiration in all who had the privilege to know her.

Her passing leaves an irreplaceable void in the Albanian Microfinance Association, in the wider microfinance community and in the hearts of her friends and colleagues.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends and colleagues during this time of profound loss. It is with great sorrow that Bruna will not be with us.

Her legacy will continue to inspire and guide the work and values she championed.
