Onsite Training with Flexidea

From July 22-26 2024, MFC hosted an onsite training for Flexidea as part of the SIFTA Program. Over five days, Latvian and Polish staff and management participated in workshops led by expert Artur Munteanu.

Artur Munteanu, an entrepreneur and finance executive with over 24 years of experience in the financial and MSMEs development sectors, guided the training. With a background in organizing sessions for more than 4,000 participants, Artur covered various subjects including strategy and business planning, active sales, risk management, human resource management, corporate governance, and internal audit.
