MFC hosted three SIFTA trainings

In July, MFC hosted three trainings under SIFTA programme: two onsite trainings for the staff and management of Association – Bielskie Entrepreneurship Center, focusing on the equal opportunities, non-discrimination and accessibility topics, and the training for Flexidea in Warsaw.

The workshops for Bielskie Entrepreneurship Center offered invaluable insights into:

• Horizontal Policies of the European Union
• Charter of Fundamental Rights: Principles and mechanisms for counteracting discrimination and inequalities
• Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Conditions for leading an independent life
• Guidelines for Implementing Equality Principles: Under EU funds for 2021-2027
• Equality and Inclusive Language
• Accessibility

As part of Flexidea training, Latvian and Polish staff and management participated in 5-day workshop led by expert Artur Munteanu – an entrepreneur and finance executive with over 24 years of experience in the financial and MSMEs development sectors, guided the training. With a background in organizing sessions for more than 4,000 participants, Artur covered various subjects including strategy and business planning, active sales, risk management, human resource management, corporate governance, and internal audit.
