The webinar will discuss key rules and tips in setting up an effective Client Relationship Management, using digital tools. We are going to talk about various functionalities of CRM: using it for potential clients onboarding, for managing the contact and sales with existing clients, as well as for data analysis. In the end, we will look also into the future: data management platforms and artificial intelligence. The participants will be able to clarify, how to get things right in their own context, avoiding unnecessary investments. The main speaker will deliver an interactive online session with plenty of opportunities for engagement through polls and live questions:
