SIFTA Online Workshop: Sales Made Simple. CRM Made Smart

On 26th September, we hosted an online workshop titled “Sales Process Automation and the Benefits of CRM Integration” for representatives of Polish loan funds, sales teams, and customer service professionals. The session was led by Kacper Rzosiński, an expert in UX design, digital transformation, and business process optimization.

What We Covered

The workshop explored how AI tools such as GPT and Gemini can streamline sales, customer service, and data analysis. Participants learned how to:

  • Build a tailored CRM system using AI
  • Improve client relationship management
  • Better understand and define client needs

Attendees engaged with real-world use cases, including:

  • Email and communication templates
  • Safe and effective use of AI in client-facing operations
