Let’s Shape the Future of the Sector Together
The European Commission (EC) is planning a revision process of the European Code of Good Conduct for Microcredit Provision, scheduled for 2026/2027. This is a unique opportunity for all organisations active in the microfinance sector to have their voices heard and help shape the future of the industry.
Background
The European Code of Good Conduct for Microcredit Provision sets standards for the microfinance institutions in Europe. The Code promotes transparency, good governance, client protection, and risk management to ensure responsible and professional microfinance practices.
