Share your experiences of digital support for your clients and present them at the MFC Conference! 

Building digital business skills

To support digitalization of the microfinance clients, the Microfinance Centre is opening a call for financial institutions from Europe and Central Asia who want to share their tools, and experiences about how they support their clients in the area of building digital business skills. 

We are looking forward to hearing your ideas on how to improve clients’ digital skills so that their businesses can be strengthened and grow in the digital era. Do you want to share your experiences and good practices with others?

What is your digitalization experience and expectations - tell us!

Please describe your practice in a few sentences:

  • what kind of digital business skills do you want to develop (e.g. digital positioning, marketing, digital sales/e-commerce, digital record keeping, inventory management and other)
  • in what form (e.g. training, educational materials, demonstration and other)
  • link to the tool, project description, publication, etc.

What more is in there for you?

To recognize the MFIs efforts in sharing the tools, MFC will invite selected institutions to present their experience during the 2021 Annual Conference 14-16 September.

The MFI with the most innovative, cost-effective approach will be also granted 1 free entry ticket for the next annual conference in 2022.
