This year’s edition is very special as we are celebrating MFC Silver Jubilee. We want to examine how the experiences we have had and the lessons we have learnt will equip us to meet the challenges of the next 25 years. Our Jubilee event will encourage us to envision our role in mitigating climate change, technological challenges, uncertain future of work, political conflict and global insecurity and creating sustainable ways of doing business and living. We will examine how our changing relationship with the concept of work will affect the microenterprise sector, and how we can balance the immediate needs of small business with the need to future-proof them. The conference program will also address the role of social investment and patient capital in helping companies and communities to thrive.
